Old before my time

So I wen't out to town last night, for the first time in ages with my flat mate George and one of his pals from his band, no i wasn't drinking so there was only so much i could appreciate a club where the music was at best blasé, all this might have explained why i took time to write this on my phone
"Ok so officially i am too old and out of touch to enjoy student style night outs now. Doesn't help that i'm just too roads to appreciate the ambiance! All i want to do is curl up in bed with a good book (although my library is void of them at the moment). Doesn't help i guess that my guide for the evening is smashed out of his brains and is just following the ladies like a dog on heat. And his friend is a typical lairy lad's lad. Oh to be able to drink and not give a shit. Well i do suppose it's better than sitting in at the pc all evening. I have had enough soft drinks to float the titanic and have the shakes from too much cola."Perhaps a little hard but it wasn't the best of nights it's been some time now since i just wen't out and danced. Wonder if i can still do it? Also does this mean that i need alchohol to have a good time?Hmm. *EDIT*Well i hope everyone realised that that should have meant sober and not Roads, damn predictive text. Oh and i'm starting to get scared by TMITK, my digital stalker :I

Mate, think we need to test the dancing idea. Grab the gas masks (because I too am old and couldn't put up with the pong) get up to the toon and we'll gan the boat! :-)Thats a proper student night - though I would have to say copious amounts of VodkaRedbull would be required! Memories....
